Loved how you mentioned limiting the scope of the presentation to the intent. We often get carried away with oversharing due to anxiety however, if an outline is presented we may be able to only share what is needed and not have the audience get confused.

Dr. Lee. I ask my client. What do you want to do. I have found that question , eliminates all the trends. The other day, customer wanted windows 11, i asked what do you want to do? He just wanted the latest. What do you want to do.. That simplified everything. Downey California.

How to give a great Presentation at work? 1. P for present have stage presence develop a level of self aware not about what are other saying me. What to say? Something unique in your expertise 2. R revelation people in room give them a revelation . Give them a pay off for their time they are there to learn something what is intent of presentation. 3. E energy have a learning energy. the best customer is an informed customer a. fun energy ⚡ I begin there. b.Safe energy ⚡ no one feels stupid c. Buying energy 4. S Services how you can communicate to them 5. E engaging allow participants to participate when they participate 6. N new telling them something they already don't know find new ways to say thing ~ how to stitch 2 ideas in a new and exciting way 7 Trust speak from the truth 8 S summarize
