As a fellow "don't sit there and take it" bomber pilot, i love watching this. My personal favourite is doing low altitude combat loops in 4 engined bombers, the Pe-8 and B-17 can both pull it off.

Always fun when heavy fighter/bomber mains make you fight for the kill. Always lulling you in with a false sense of security just to hit with their coaxial mg’s. Too many forget they can control the back mg’s but good on you for showing you can still be competitive in a non-ideal aircraft for dogfighting.

I love this right here 🤣 The BE-6 taught me years ago how few people are ready for a bomber to start dog fighting with the player on the gunners the whole time. Especially since you can wasd+q&e in gunner view to fully fly the plane. It also taught me how scary 151’s are. It Used to fight Japan and or Germany 90% of the time. Zeros would very very rarely rip my wings off, I would always inevitably die to loss of control surfaces and skin damage combining. 109’s and 190’s would just touch you with 8 shells and my plane would fall apart. Same with American 20mms when you did fight them.

Mad props man. I gotta figure out how to manage this with a HOTAS and mouse setup. Getting rudder pedals will help a lot for sure as long as I keep wtrti open with the AoS indicator and fly in 3rd person. Would be pretty hard to do this in cockpit or VC view I imagine.
