Mwaf read the rules of engagement, the military cannot act on civilians, if a military personnel acts on a civilian they'll face court-martial, which is way different from our civil courts. Talk to a former military guy, and he/she will explain everything it was all bs to drive fear. The military works very well with civilians for intel etc. A perfect example is the Northern Kenya multi-agency security team, the military was just to smoke out the bandits not to kill them by either bombing or firing close to the hideouts
