As someone who is currently struggling with anxiety issues and a tad depression, this video was certainly enlightening and encouraging. As the differences were explained, I was able to "see" both "voices" in front of me and what they do for me on my daily life. Now, I'm starting to feel more powerful to take action to become the best version of myself. I also just watched your morning ritual video and I must say I started feeling that motivation generating inside of me. How? I don't know. It was just there. Right now, I'm feeling that state of tranquillity and determination, which I hope to learn to achieve and keep more often. Thank you very much for everything, Tim. Ever since stumbling upon your channel, my life has begun to change for the better and I keep my fingers crossed one day there will be a chance to meet you in person. Love your work!

Fear: The things that make me sit, while trying to justify them. --Following your gut "makes you feel like you are expanding" vs following fear "makes you feel constricted." I couldn’t agree more with high emotions lowering sound judgment/intelligent reasoning. The times I’ve said something I immediately regretted, aside from guilt the first thing in my mind was how foolish I sounded. Immediately apologizing and taking accountability is the instant cure for when you say or do something stupid while high on negative emotions.

I just started college and I’m halfway through fall semester. My goal with coming to college was to be able to have the resources around me so I could build a business as well as study. I don’t think I’ve gone more than a week since starting college without seriously wanting to leave and go be an entrepreneur full time. I’ve spoken to so many of the professors and advisers here about what they think is logically the best way to go and they all say college. But at the end of the day I still want to leave even if what they said made complete sense. I don’t know if it’s fear, impulsivity, or my gut. They say education is the best way to invest in yourself and thus I should stay in college but when I want to learn something I usually look it up and do the research on what I want to learn. My biggest concern about dropping out of college is that I will be giving up an opportunity that so many people would give anything to have. Am I missing something? Is college really the best way to go? Or should I trust myself and make my own life from scratch 😬😬 Please help!!

The temptation is to not write anything just because I don’t know what exactly to write. But the more I do something the better I’ll get. So, you asked us to write what we took from the video whatever it may be. Closer to the end of the video I realised more why I wanted to go for a degree related to my job rather than get into acting and creative arts. Because of how society would achieve me and to probe something to my mum. But my gut says get into acting, get into combat sports. Another thing that stood out was the story of you answering the call and speaking to the person who worked in Louis Vuitton, who is now your fiancée. I will set a reminder to watch this video again.

Fear your base decisions are often other people based; if I set boundaries with this person, they might not like it and I might lose this relationship or if I follow my dream and become XYZ my parents won’t like it

Two quick points, and if you can’t act on your intuition right away, write it down and put it in your purse and wallet second, you never need to know the outcome of intuition

Lttile voice, dang speaking to me right now only like 4 minutes in, thi little voice of doubt got me into a slump with even enjoyable hobbies because nothing was coming out the way that little voice was atisfied with to the point it wasn't even coming out at all, damn Emotions high = decision making skills are low Fear speaks my language and logically justify things with the use of the past The gut feeling is based on a sense of "knowing" hence gut feeling

People say that the decisions they feared the most to make were the best ones to do Aka you chose gut over fear, next time you are in a demanding situation, I hope you can look back to those moments in your life where you followed your gut, and despite of fearing about your decision everything turned alright or superb, and you will get confidence in trusting your gut feeling in the future.
