I feel like I just saw something I shouldn't have, a sneak peak into what a movie or tv adaptation could look like, I guess I will just watch this over and over again until it comes out. This short video is a masterpiece.

Pitch : Every zone gets an eight episode season with (approximately). { North and south Limbgrave is the first season. Liurnia of the Lakes takes up two seasons while covering much of the underground content. Shadow of the erdtree is condensed down to four seasons. } Melina's role is expanded being a ghostly companion present for dialogue and questioned by the main character. She disappears during combat or when mounted traveling. The is able to transform any door into an entrance to the round table hold as part of the 'finger-maiden's duty. Points of grace still show up, though are much more rare and offer a way to pass into the round table hold (important during last season 12 episodes after Melina burns herself up). The protagonist follows all quests but is warned off the three fingers ending outside their room by Melina (Vike can act as the example of that route, and have dialogue explaining himself, before trying to escape the evergaol). Melina can also provide exposition/explanation to the tarnished as to what they have missed since leaving the lands between, and well as give information otherwise gained through items themselves. The ending is left somewhat ambiguous as the tarnished protagonist looks at the trinkets/runes given to him by the various ending quests, leaving the audience to decide what the main character will choose, based on his experience and conversations had with the 'quest' characters and Melina throughout. The goal is to try and include as much world and character information, while having almost a buddy-cop duo in Melina and the Tarnished. Melina is the 'old-cop' in this duo starting out as more somber, informed, and resigned to what has to be done. The Tarnished on the other hand died on some nameless battlefield after being exiled, while a competent combatant, he is overly eager to explore, has a new lease on life, and is curious about the world and how it has changed. Over the course of the show the Tarnished realities the subtle manipulation of the pull of grace guiding him onward, a will that is not entirely his own. The Tarnished's relationship with Melina also has its ups and downs, as while Melina is not worried about the time it will take to reach the base of the Erdtree she does grow more attached to her comrade despite herself, while the Tarnished becomes more suspicious of her and her origins which she refuses to elaborate more on. They both part tearfully resigned to their roles and grateful to one another for the journey shared, when the Erdtree is set alight. The burning of the Erdtree and loss of Melina gives the Tarnihsed renewed determination to become Elden Lord and restore the lands, he has traveled, and explored.

This still needs more work. I get it took a lot of effort (comparatively and relatively) to make this but it still feels like soulless AI stuff that is all flash and no actual substance. Most of these images feel like mockeries of their actual concepts and origins. I get AI isn’t perfect and the amount of effort the following task would take but honestly, I’d rather you take this video and build upon its foundation without AI to try and turn it into something that can actually even vaguely resemble the source material accurately. It has style but lacks any substance or soul, like pretty much everything involving AI. You seem to have talent, so I’d rather you truly use it and make something true to yourself rather than this stylish yet hollow mosaic which ultimately feels meaningless. Don’t take my words harshly, I don’t mean to crush your spirit but id rather see you spread your wings and try to fly (and maybe fall in the process) than pretending to fly by standing up against the wind. I hope you can come into your own and use the talent and knowledge you have learned from this to truly make something that is yours and yours alone. Edit: if it really took as much time as you said it did, I would have much rather seen what YOU could have actually made in that time frame, even if it would be “less impressive” (absolutely doubt that cause while flashy, this video barely even vaguely resembles the source material, something that would be easy to avoid by not using AI).

It's always amazing how people simultaneously complain that everything created with AI looks horrible but also call for laws regulating it because it's a danger to artists. Just like it is "so easy and low effort to just put in some prompts in a generator" but they never try to replicate it to show how "low effort" it is. It's so obvious that this video took forever to make. You can't just type "make a realistic HD Elden Ring trailer" into a generator and get something like this as a mp4 download.

i think some of you are giving this guy too much credit, his touch ups may be the only reason this is watchable but the use of AI in general is a mockery to the art form that Elden Ring itself is. These things are so much more impressive and meaningful when made by a real human being rather than an algorithm which lives on stealing the work of others.

Please don't tell me it's a one man project.
