I have a question about the verse at @24:29 it says blessed are those who don't stand in the way of sinners. If you assume homosexuality and transgenderism is a sin as you do why should you stand in the way of them in relation to various laws meant to protect them. While I understand you think it I wrong if it doesn't affect you as a person isn't that standing in someone way? I'm an atheist I try to listen to the other side to make sure I'm right.
Hi Robert, I hope you don’t mind me replying. The verse means do not stand around on the same path as sinners. In other words, keep away from people like that. Just as most parents tell their children to choose their friends carefully, God tells His children the same.
I feel strongly for homosexuals. I don't understand much. But if it's a fact they are born that way,then it's really sad. However God our creator sets the rules, right or wrong to us. Besides let's face it ,if it's about sex , a lot of bachelors and even married couples live sexless lives.
