He probably meant to say “teach” instead of “learn” as in English language it’s two separate words but in some European languages it is only one word. He said “learn him”. But that’s just my opinion 😃

a light vehicle is not riskier to drive on ice. sometimes having weight in certain places is an advantage, but a lighter vehicle will stop quicker accelerate faster corner better etc etc etc
@@matias7290 Well as a person that has been in a snowstorm on the mountain in Norway I can testify that they can be really scary. Specially if it's total whiteout on the road.
Most of them come from Poland and lack the experience with icy conditions. Many don't care for their tyres either, so the tyres are often completly worn down. Every winter you read about foreign truck drivers stopped for dangerous tyre conditions.
This happens every year in Norway. It's EU's equal opportunity thing. Polish and Turquish drivers must have the same chances in our mountains. Apparently we can't require training for the conditions.

I drove a lada car years ago..old fashion kind ..The ice and snow had no chance..car just said bring it on..it always started first time ..amazing car..shame about the design.
