I don't care about what others say or about award shows but EXO DFTF is the ALBUM OF THE YEAR.

EXO with a No-Skip Album once again!

Thats why i fall in love with EXO, they've done something that i couldn't find in any other group so far, that is they can make me like all genres that i really didn't like before.. they harmonization, their unique tonality, their different character made their song always good.. and of course they can deliver the soul of the song perfectly without the needed of knowing the lyrics. They are really amaze more and more

Alcohol-Free is written and composed by JYP. All the b-sides are written by members: Nayeon, Sana, Jihyo, Dahyun.

EXO DFTF is absolutely the album of the year, if you're talking about quality real good music

Everything you said about Exo's album is extremely very very true.

Both albums were great for me. I'm not even a fan of twice but their voices surprised me a lot on their bsides. And of course EXO always fire, my favorite was Runaway because that sound made me feel a bit nostalgic

D.O.'s voice in Paradise is just crazy. hearing him sing this high in his range throughout the whole song again is so fresh because in the last few releases, he usually got pretty low singing parts sadly (despite being a tenor vocalist) but this track perfectly highlights his vocals with all his adlibs

EXO s voices blend so well ...it surprise s me Everytime I listen to them .. this album showed why they are the vocal kings

Loving the EXO album review, u guys captured the essense very accurately. To me its also a very emotional album tho its not really ballad centric, considering the journey the boys went thru and the emotions invested putting out this special album. Its gives this album a whole different meaning altogether. Also would really love it if u could share your reactions when listening to the songs the first time, like u did when reacting to Kai's mini album before. Nevertheless lovin them!🥰

Twice do perform a lot of their bsides...they did a comeback showcase for EYES WIDE OPEN where they performed most of their bsides.

I loved and enjoyed all the songs of EXO..Kyungsoo's voice is unique, he has an amazing ability to sing that gives peace and happiness..The harmony of Kyungsoo and Lay , Kyungsoo and Baekhyun was unparalleled..This album is definitely one of the best album of EXO

Jihyo wrote lyric for First Time and she was in charge to give parts to every members. Nayeon wrote lyric for Baby Blue Love, Sana wrote lyric for Conversation and Dahyun wrote lyric for SOS and Scandal

EXO's album is small, but it feels big! The songs are so rich and ear pleasing that you sort of feel full after listening to it. I would probably say that this is my favorite album, simply for the fact that every album they do gets better than the one before. EXO continues to improve in all areas, and SM is finally starting to highlight their talents and give them tracks that really suit them. Harmonies, adlibs on POINT. They are all sounding better than ever. And it's noticable. Putting Lay on all the tracks as well...it just made everything so much better. Once they are all back together...that album is going to save the world...

Baekhyun for real vocal king, whole album is full of his amazing vocals as always

My favorites from exo were runaway and paradise. they're just vocally and instrumentally and vibely (it's a new word invented for this album) amazing

exos albums are the ones who always make me broke. I dont pre-order other artists albums because im not sure I will like them but EXO has never not once dropped an album that has had songs that are not up to my taste. For other artist I wait the album to drop for example this new Twice album I like it but I would not pau 50$ to get it to me their previous album on the other hand it was their best to date tho...Super Junior, Girls' Generation and EXO have the most of my favorite albums of course BTS too tho I prefer their earlier music these days they only have 1 or 2 b-sides that reminisence of those eras in their albums so I always go album first hearing... EXO has really kept their style similar but not the same since debut

Sehun’s part in Paradise & Lay’s part in Runaway.. omg. Also, Chanyeol when he says “I’m gone I’m gone” in runaway.. wow. When Baekhyun sings in paradise & DO does his vocals behind his lines.. beautiful. Xiumin’s & Lay’s part in just as usual were wow too.

i love all the songs from dftf album, its a no skip, although it has only 5 songs, but it makes u full..EXO really is so versatile and can do any genre

Thank you for the revision of the DFTF, although I wished to see your first reaction listening to the songs, that makes me more satisfied. And,yes,I was expecting for you to like Runaway the most,it's the song that represents EXO flavor the most, with amazing vocals and unique sound. When I think that Sehun took vocal lessons lately, I understand how amazing they are, they go beyond their position in the group and classify themselves als all-rounder, very talented artists and makes me proud once again.

i agree, it reminds me of their winter albums that I miss soooooo much. After they made it big, SM kept trying to see how much they could push things with new trends and more experimental songs... but they would regularly pull back and release the winter albums. So in a year you would get a mix of music that would be daring but also some simpler tracks that let their voices really pop out.

Fun fact! Jihyo wrote the lyrics for FIRST TIME and Jade Thirwall (Little Mix) was one of the composers for it. Sana wrote CONVERSATION. Dahyun wrote SCANDAL and SOS. Nayeon wrote BABY BLUE LOVE.

You didn't know but twice taste of love all b sides song's were written by members Jihyo - first time Nayeon - baby blue love Sana - conversation Dahyun - scandal and sos This 9 girls since debut they started to participating in writing lyrics and all of them are registered in KOMCA - korean music copyright association

Honestly through exo and reactors like you I discovered I liked rnb, I didn’t even noticed the way I enjoy so much when they do a mix of these two genres. It's a no skip album however my personal favourite would be Runaway and Just as usual. You cannot just not cry listening to these songs.

jihyo doesn’t technically have a solo, but she does have a performance project where she sings and dances. it’s called crown, you should definitely check it out :) she also did do a jazz cover of tt with other idols!

D.O Baekhyun Lay .... the vocal layering of these three very distinctive tones really uplifted this album. Also we rediscovered singer Chanyeol ... what a gift!!!

One thing I love about EXO's DFTF album other than all the praises we have been giving them for their discography ever since, is for this album, the members get to apply their musical growth they've obtained all these time from their individual works. As usual, EXO delibered another no-skip, quality album 🤘
