@@iitdy8948 has this actually been confirmed to have happened or did you just feel like your save broke around the same time you changed this setting? I have changed this setting lots of times in old save files, and no corrupt files has occurred. It screws (unsurprisingly) with time though. So day of week, time of day and ages may change!
I love MCCC and use it a lot. I never used the copy feature and my gosh that is such a game changer! I also don't like tweaking all the outfits and it's great I can now apply the makeup and accessories to all my outfits. Thank you so much for that :D
I was so excited when I first figured that out! now I can really go all out on accessories if I want without worrying about having to do it all over again a bunch of times. I’m glad I could help! ☺️
The copy/paste sim appearance is a game changer, like literally just save me some time and energy on this game...like how did we not know this:( Thank you very much babess :) you are just awesome!! More of the things we don't know please ha-ha

Hi, has the MCCC Dresser changed since you posted this? I ask because I have the latest version of MCCC but in Dresser do not see the options to choose to copy and paste makeup, accessories, and the like. Any help with this will be appreciated. Thanks 😊
Note that if you change game speed, the day and time will change in your game! Also it will probably change the age of all your sims. This is due to how these things are saved in the game. No worries, just turn off aging for a bit and use mccc to set age for anyone that has the wrong age!
omg that sounds kind of annoying though! I’ve only ever tested the game speed in a fresh save before, and never played with it for long! this is good to know for anyone who wants to try it out! but apparently it can corrupt your saves as someone else commented 😔 I don’t know enough about it!
@@simmerena I will beleive it when it has been proven. I have done this a lot and never had a corrupted save. It's still always a good idea to backup save files regularly though in case you try something and want to go back.
I've been on the sims since the 1st one when I was 12. 20 years later I'm still playing, and I've never used a mod, the only cheat I've used was motherlode and rosebud for money. I'm ready to use mods now, but have absolutely no idea what I'm doing. I don't wanna mess my laptop up! 😮💨😮💨😫😫😫
How does inheriting traits work if traits aren't selected randomly? When the kid ages up, will one of their traits (or a random number) already be selected and you just choose the rest?
I’m honestly not sure! I haven’t tested it since I discovered that feature! I would assume maybe the inherited trait is greyed out and you can’t change it but I’m not sure 🤔
Thank you for this video. I am nervous to use this mod because of all the options, mass confusion. I must say, I like that the "other sim" can be the initiator but I still feel this game is dead, cold, empty, has no "life" or surprise to it when the player has to control EVERYTHING. I hope they have a "game" with Sims 5, and not just avatars we use as tools to tell a story unless we turn freewill off to assume full control. I want to be surprised when things happen in the game again (without 3rd party mods that have to be updated every few weeks bc of patches). I REALLY want a sim I don't control to propose to my sim! But I do appreciate this video and the mod, though I am still intimidated to use it. LOL
it is really scary at first! I don't think I really touched the settings much for the first couple years because I was so scared of messing up my game! and yeah I somewhat agree about sims 4, I miss the small details and animations that sims 2 had, I hope we can get that in sims 5 but I'm not expecting much at this point... also if you are interested, in MCCC there are also options to allow autonomous proposals as well as other things! if you ever decide to try it out! :)

when I want to get rid of a sim, I go to Cheats, and then ask to leave command.. both Mccc /CAS should have remove all DETAILS, that would be helpful.. ever see sims with things like tan lines and or freckles or some detail on them you do not want to see on them, its nice to remove them and then add details from another sim.. if you have one sim you know has the details you like, and you want other sims to have the same details.. it will give them those details, but will not do away with other details they have which you do not want.. so if they added a remove all details, that would be good.. I noticed they have it in DRESSER, where you can remove all accessories.. and that is good.. so you can remove all accessories and then copy some other sims accessories you like and paste them.. game time speed, I usually set mine at 100.. they suggest you change them in increments of 25.. so 0, 25, 50, 75, 100, ect.. the thing I am having a problem with and I have tried several times is.. my game is having sims either marry or move into other sims homes and I do not want that to happen.. if you have any suggestions, it would be appreciated.. I keep going over my population and move in settings, but I am not seeing where it would allow it.. so any help with that would be highly appreciated..
I wish I would have seen this video the other day when I sent my sims to the park and it was raining. I tried cheats and everything and couldn't get it to stop raining. Now I know what to do, so thank you for that! lol

so you actually can change it with MCCC as well as use the cheat code!! for MCCC click on your sim, go to 'sim commands' and 'modify career outfit' will appear on any sim with a career!
