Yes I'd like to read PP, it sounds like the sort of thing that I'd enjoy. I'd love to read Bleak House too because I've got the dvd of the BBC show, but it's so long! I look forward to whatever I do choose though :)

PP is likely more humorous, & easier. If you have seen the BH DVD you know the story already & it makes the book easier to read. BH is a long book but the last 300 or so pages go by at a swifter pace. It took me 2 evenings & a Sat. & Sun. to finish it but I have an advantage. I know the politics of the period somewhat well & almost all of the long words CD sometimes uses I'm already familiar with. BH is cake compared with Eliot's Middlemarch. NovelsandNonsense will be talking about BH, soon I think. It'll be interesting to hear what she has to say about it.
