I have been at this property several times over many years. Its been cleared out a bit. The equipment, parts and accessories are more visible. Lots to look at.
Fantastic....Us city slickers don't know anything about this....This is what made America...Thank you for sharing...it makes my heart hurt....A forgotten art...And thanks to you for keeping it alive...Much Respect from St Petersburg Florida....Godspeed to you and your family...
Hard to say. The equipment has been on the site for decades. I guess if the property is sold or developed...that might change things. Would be great to see some of the best stuff in an outdoor museum or park. Would take a fair amount of pocket change to relocate this stuff. On the plus side...this is living proof that crankcase oil and diesel is great fertilizer for alders and blackberries.!
I love it but man there is some stuff in there that I'd love to try and save or atleast grab some parts before they waste away to nothing or get scrapped.
Videos like this remind me that everything has a lifespan. I see some of the equipment and can’t help but think about the past and the guys who ran them and were they are now. Just like this equipment some day we’ll all be in the boneyard. Thanks for the cool video.
Bet that old cat would run with a little work if some prick hadn’t stolen the fan off it. I’m seeing lots of ww2 Sherman and other tank chassis under a bunch of that old equipment.
Oh how I would absolutely love to go to one if those graveyards and buy everything and bring them back to life not many of them around here in mn love the look of the crummies with loggerboxes on them
Each and every camp I worked at had a boneyard like this, lots of stuff was just flat wore out, or swallowed it's tongue, causing cost of repairs to be too high, stuff don't last forever Just was a parts store mostly, some places we had to bury it to get clearance to abandon the site,
En EEUU tienen cantidades increíbles de veiculos y máquinas abandonadas .. no hacen ni caso veiculos que en otros países cuidarían o tendrían mercado en EEUU ni caso !!
Probably not broked new regulations Probably pushed these old trucks off the road and new equipment at best in the 90s made these obsolete sucks to see and hear and may at best be shut down its famous for us loggers to be shut down or driven out the bush
