This week the federal reserve paused it's attack on inflation by not raising rates for the first time, in a long time. This IS a big deal, but mostly a psychological one. But after the last few months of turmoil, I'll take it.
Jerome Powell and the Federal Reserve did NOT raise interest rates this time. Sooner or later this will affect mortgage rates for all of us.
