+Stormsetter4 Definitely! That wind down is just too short. I also wish Louisville's sirens did attack like in Paducah, but oh well, I guess I can't ask for too much, lol.
+DSRX100 I can remember a couple of times Attack was tested, here. One time, apparently, was an error, and I'm not sure about the other time. But the Attack sounds kind of weird. The sirens wind up, and then do that abbreviated wind down instead of the traditional sustained wail. It also sounded like with each wind up and down the rotator would also start and stop.
want to know why this siren sounds good, because Louisville knows how to take care of their tornado sirens!! I know this because I used to live Louisville!!
like this ambience that was taken in a 2011 tornado warning in pleasure ridge park louisville? ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-zIux5rKbnn0.htmlsi=Dvbi104NSlEefeZp
Great video ^^ Hi, I am making a video series, where I show and explain the US siren signals with the Thunderbolt siren type. I need an audio from this siren where you can hear in some of your videos. Can I use this audio file for my video? I would call your name in the video description.
Down in Wichita Falls tx our Whelen wps 2910 use to do a thunder bolt imitation for like three minutes and then do an attack wail for another three call it the wps thunderbolt Here's a link to one of them ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-1lzPg6r5ciA.html
