@@johnflynn110I agree. Donors can simply propose mergers that conform with present law. All this grovelling is overblown. If the donors are genuinely so upset, they can lobby Congress to change the law but until such time they should pound sand.

What they are saying about patents is total garbage and laughable. You can’t extend a patent on a drug by getting a patent on the inhaler apparatus. Just use the older apparatus without the fancy cap - problem solved. For these two to misrepresent this concept to the public who doesn’t know any better is disgusting.

Her cases lack any basis in law and fact, which is why she loses. She is just a political grandstander trying to make a name for herself and boost her political aspirations. She makes news when being the cases, but then you don’t hear anything when the cases get thrown out of court.
