Fedor opens hands like k9o,T9o and SB dont have them. Also if oppoment would have top pair or set he would choose bigger sizing to protect from draws on wet board. With small sizing he mostly have bottom pairs or draws. Thats why Fedor can easely raise any two cards exploitavely.

@@1Windrider1 there are no non-suited 9x combos in a small blind flatting range while Fedor could have easily raised A9 or K9 offsuit as well as many suited 9x combos preflop.
