Yes possible ha if there are regular seats remaining after completion of admission you can switch by writing an application to admission section. After admission regular seats remains in many departments because after paying fee some students can't Join university due to medical or engineering....

@@HiraMalik-nm9zy same as regular classes but in the start few semester some departments take self classes in 2nd time after 4 semester they are merged with regular students.

Bahi Bs wali fee hi Hoti ha Bsc ke Lia koi separate fee structure ni ha Qau ma or han ap Bs honor hi krta hain agr ap 2 year study ya pir 4 semester bd Bsc ki degree as a cut off degree la sakta hain.
