Honestly this could be a way to add color to your hair with out the braiding part. I just imagined her putting her hair in a bun with streaks of color 😍
Things have changed...when I was growing up this was called two french braids. when I got older and started doing hair myself as a cosmetologist, goddess braids were the big cornrows that went to the top of the head with a braided bun on top. 😊😊😂 Your hair is healthy and beautiful! This style was cute. When it said goddess braids I was thinking oh wow are they making a comeback?...but this is different 😊🤗 nice.
@art galore. Same here on the name and profession. When I was little my mom did the two french braids in my hair for years...i grew to despise them. I was teased so much about my braids and now look at this. Good video nonetheless and I may try this out.

I thought the hair color was to show your work so we could really see it. I would not have used it as a color for me, but it allowed me to see the work. Good Job
I'm mad with how easy it was to part her hair. My hair is crazy thick and I cant part it for nothing. I need hair ties and clips and it still looks an uneven mess. Mad hard for me to get it to look smooth like hers.
This is one of the smartest things I've ever seen and I am so glad I watched it😩.. like it might take a little longer but for people who really can't get the hang of feed in braids (like me😅) this is definitely worth the wait!

Tal B most African American women wear to weave as a protective style, to switch style or color of hair, and or convenience because it can be hard or time consuming maintaining healthy hair
I could not for the LIFE of me figure out what the hell was going on here but now that I realize what has taken place I am in awe lol this is a very creative way to do feed ins for ppl who struggle with doing them. I also was not expecting the ending great job!
great work i wished the curly hair was mixed thou with black... girl u got talent and good muscle memory in u finger.s. my natural hair almost same texture and a bit longer than urs.. and lord knows my struggles... i love the look

Definitely agree this is the clearest video on this method. I tried other ones. And I ended up placing the braid and adding the hair pretty much in the same place you did. But I didn’t start my braid there. And watching your video it makes sense to place the braid w/ the hair your adding where your going to start your braid cause I was feeling lumps and bumps. Lol
I’m an aspiring cosmetologist, just now getting the hang of feed in braids. But I definitely love this method as well .. have you (or anyone reading) tried this method and actually found that it saved them time compared to the traditional way to feed-in?
She did a great job of using the latch hook close to the camera so we could see exactly how to add the hair to the braid!! Now I think I can also do this on other people myself!!

Your hair so thick is beautiful by itself not feeling the hair you added at the end but you are very talented doing the crochet method best one I've seen so far
That’s dope as hell . I got a quick tip for you . When you put the edge control on the part and around the braid . Use a rat tail comb instead of brush. It gives it a cleaner look and it makes the braid a little better if you get what I’m saying lol that def is a dope technique thanks for makin this vid
