We have a tanko washer chopper which fits on the front of our jcb 412 and chops directly in over the top of the feeder it’s a good job we feed 10 kgs of beat and 10 kgs of maize with .5 of a kg of straw and 20 kgs of silage 100 grams of optigen and 4 kgs of a 24 percent protein nut in the parlour cows milking really well on it
Hope your old dad's leg gets better soon but good to see how you feed nothing worse than pigeons a farm I helped out on as a kid had more had more pigeons than Trafalgar square 😂😂
That's a nice simple ration to feed them and if it produces the results ur lookin for all to the good 💪 see some videos o feedin an there is so many ingredients it takes forever to load the mixer wagon 🤔
Good video Dan, bit easier with your Kubota, than the 50EX, got that bit more height to get into the wagon, plus I don't think your Keenan is quite as high as the BvL
Hi Dan, the fodder beet parts are quiet huge, can the cows handle those? When loading the beets it looks like there a lot of beets damaged by driving with the tractor on them. Didn´t get these lost? Farm on, Andreas
Nice job! do u have any bother with the beet chunks being too big out of the Keenan as some farmers shred it first before adding it to the feeder... just curious
