This comment is intended to be useful feedback for the author and not criticism in any form. Videos by Engineering funds tend to be covering "definitions" rather than the detail of the silent and invisible logic of the operations and the activities that takes place within the units described, and never shown the working details in real terms. Preference seem to be given to reading what the author draws or writes, which I believe is a misuse of time, In this case I expected to see or mentioned the type of probe used, be it electrical or a magnetic probe and the nature of the mode being excited at the patch. Also an explanation why the impedance changes with the asymmetry of the feed point, would have been useful. In the aperture feed , it would have been interesting to see a field line diagram between the feeding line below the ground and the patch above the feeding line, and how, and in what mode, the E/ M wave is transferred from below the ground plate , to above the ground plate to the patch, while the E/M loops which are close to the patch above the ground would have been more useful, that writing and reading the handwritten definitions . Modern teaching aids can be better used rather than in the form of reading and writing what the author scribbles during a lesson. Deeper hard core detail rather than light superficial language definitions is what is required in technical teachings and knowledge transfer methods. .

Thank you very much. Very informative. For line fed and probe fed type, how are the spurious radiations? Appears you only mention spurious radiations for the Proximity coupled and Aperture coupled. When you refer to bandwidth, you mention Line, Probe, and Proximity BW are 2%, 2%, and 13% respectively, I'm curious about the % of the Aperture coupled type. Sorry, what happen if you have a low impedance of the microstrip line BUT the distance between antenna and the source is less than Lambda/20? Can you consider the output connected with the antenna without a transmission line?
