fav animal to eat in this vid was Pengu and the leaf tail geckos ^_^ they were awesome. ps. the quality of your videos just keeps getting better and better, awesome content!
Any idea how long (Zoe’s probably) before u try to bread Tangu?(forgive spelling plz)...I want a starter gecko for myself, have researched for the past 1.5 yrs, KNOW this is a great starter lizard for me, and she is STUNNINGGGGG!!!!! If you have a list of people interested in her offspring, I would seriously appreciate being considered to be on it, hopefully they would be in the $250 or less range. Just subbed, YT recommended you for me, SO glad I took a look!
@@chunkyhamster64 she might be sick? That’s very unhealthy for a crested gecko to only eat crickets. Maybe your humidity isn’t right or it’s dehydrated, I would take it to the vet
@@haket3436 that’s the thing... she’s 8, nearly 9 and she’s been like that all her life. Ik it’s odd, but in Scotland there are no reptile vets. We tried when my leopard gecko (Edith) had a wee cold and we wanted to check her up just in case. Luckily she’s absolutely fine. I honestly think she’s just a picky eater, she has a giant tank, with uvb light, plenty of humidity, Pangea (if she wants it) and live plants. She eats the odd jelly pit on occasion but Ik That’s not healthy. I do wish she’d eat more but I believe she’s just not that food motivated. She’s still got her tail, after 9 years so... I suppose that’s an accomplishment
Just love how you interact with your geckos. You're so gentle and understand their different personalities! I can't watch your tarantula videos, 'cause that's just way out of my comfort zone. But every reptile one has been wonderful!
Yea it’s super cute and neat! It’s something you see across the board too! Cresties, leopard geckos, and evening the leaf tails do it! Excited for prey! Thanks for watching!
I love the way you work with your Tokays, you have a great relationship with them, and I know so many keepers have problems with their aggression. But your Phantasticus are always my favourites, they have to be the most beautiful gecko species in the world, at least in my opinion. Really hoping to keep some of my own in the future. Great video, always good to see how other peoples geckos interact with them.
How do you not have more subscribers?? This is the first video of yours that I've ever seen and your energy just immediately brought a smile to my face. The way you speak to your animals is incredible and it's so clear how much you care for these unique creatures. Thank you so much for sharing your menagerie!
My favourites are your Leachies, but in this video, I enjoyed watching the Tokays and Pingu being fed most. It was funny how Pingu licked her lips after the meal, and I think feeding the Tokays is most fun. All cute. I wonder whether you bought all those Exo Terra enclosures new, or if some of them are also second hand...
11:13 Carefully set the gecko seeds into the incubation container and if you are lucky, there will grow a big, healthy gecko tree, which will grow 1 tiny gecko fruit each xD
Awesome! Glad it worked! Now you have a nice little activity you can do once in awhile to establish a level of trust and tolerance with your lovely gecko! Thanks for watching!
your channel makes me want a gecko of some sort SO badly! I've got a baby bts so she isn't eating live insects yet, I'm so excited for her to start though- it looks so enriching for the little guys!!
As Sam mentioned, Pingu is a lily white crested gecko. As of now it is one of two described genetic morphs described in Crested geckos that aren’t simply phenotypic. The second is the axanthic crested gecko :).
I actually hate reptiles. I’m Jamaican and I was always traumatized surrounded by so many reptiles at home. I live in Maryland and love the fact that there are no lizard. HowEver I actually love ur channel because i appreciate seeing their beauty on ur channel. They are absolutely gorgeous but I will appreciate them this way. I am a nature enthusiast but reptiles just scare the shit out of me. Saw 2 snakes in 8 years and I still take my walks with eyes wide open. Thank you for ur channel
I climb a lot of trees growing up and the lizards alway look at me like i should get the hell out of their tress. The ones that run on the ground seems to run away from everyone except me and finally for fun people always put them on each other and I was always scared of them and people would put them on me and they crawl every where on me. As a child its was very traumatic. Unfortunately it continued into my high school years. Don’t get me wrong I love this channel because this is my way for appreciating their beauty, but unfortunately I cant get close to them. See how he is holding them, i would pass the fuck out 🤦♀️🤦♀️
I tong feed my geckos as well, I found that metal tongs are pretty much the worst tool for the job. There is always risk of injury to the geckos jaw, teeth and eyes and you end up squishing any small crickets. Bamboo tongs are safer, easier to use and same price.
Hey, new here and just loved seeing all your geckos, Nona is such a cutie and Pingu is beautiful and I also liked the twins. Thank you so much for sharing your kids with us. xo
Get rubber tipped tongs you're hurting your animals teeth. Learn how to properly use a ring light or get a defuser, the eye reflection isn't stylistic and doesn't look good
i have two basic looking crested geckos named salt and pepper, but Nona looks just like my boy Hotch. Pingu is just breathtaking.. i couldn't stop staring at her the second she came on screen; she is absolutely gorgeous and now i'm desperate to have a lily white species crestie. wow!!
Beautiful enclosures and beautiful animals so well cared for they look happy and healthy. Truly a joy to watch. I love watching your videos. Such magnificent patterns on these creatures. Thanks for your hard work. Sincerely, Ginger
Hey I found you over on snake Discovery when you did the enclosure challenge and another video and I really like you I'm a new subscriber I look forward to more videos keep me smiling
