I have no why RU-vid recommended this video to me I have 0 interest in owning tarantulas but I watched the whole video and the way you casually leave the enclosures open gives me hella anxiety. 10/10 will subscribe.
same here man, i had no interest in tarantulas whatsoever but youtube popped this in the suggested box at 3am one night an now i spend my time watching this man live his dream
11:24 Horror movie You get your leg ripped off and left for dead outside a cave. You hear a chittering and light scampering. You cry for help. As you start to push away with the rest of your limbs you get dragged backwards, screaming into the Dark Den
I imagine that's the toughest part of being a tarantula owner, they are virtually 100% unpredictable! Sometimes it's super cool, like today, other times, you put the food in place and its almost like they know you're watching and they just don't want you to see! Funny little fellows! I'm Brian Fellows!!
The reason linda was able to detect it was because of the movement in the air rubbing up against special hair on her body that let her detect even some of the most minut changes. It's what inspired spider-mans spidey sense
I have never been into spiders etc but your channel came up on my suggestions a while ago and I’m loving it! It’s all because of you and your infectious personality and you make me smile and laugh with all your funny antics but yet your love for your animals is obvious!! Love your channel buddy!!🤩👍🤣🙈😱😎🥰🥰🥰
I just found your channel. I am a spiderphobe but I love to watch them. And you have the most beautiful spiders I have seen. Thank you for sharing them .
Petco, no happy dances from the tarantulas but i will do a happy dance. Why because I am happy to see another Dark Den Video. My C. Versicolor slings also climb out when i feed them, they climb back in when they detect the food.
What beautiful spiders you have i started collecting spiders when I was ten im 41now I love your videos you have fantastic respect for your tarantulas keep up the good work
I love to see videos including a Psalmopeous Cambridgei 😍. I got a Sling as a freebie with my Caribena Versicolor Sling. He/she is the best freebie of my life. I love him as much as my Versi I'd wanted for months ❤️. Petco your P. Cambridgei is gorgeous 😍 xx
When Linda jumped that was awesome! I wasn’t expecting there to be enough of a shadow for her to detect and let alone detect that it was prey! I don’t think she sensed vibrations I think she just sensed the shadows. Since they have simple eyes they can only detect light and shadow.... it WAS an awesome take down though!
I know this is unrelated to the vid, but would you ever consider getting a turret spider? I would love to see them as part of feeding vids here on the channel!
I used to keep those locusts as pet. Feed them grass and also they are on the last phase of their lifecycle so will start dying off in a few weeks. Put in a cup of soil and compost and they will lay eggs.
When might you be getting a phoneutria fera? Can't wait for that. Love your channel. It's really helped me get over my arachnophobia, and is thoroughly educational.
Elvira did great we may not have been able to see her actually catch it but we did see it get yolked out of ur tongs out of no where she like stalked down the cork and snatched it
Linda with the badass takedown that was so awesome!! Anyone else have a mild panic when he opens an enclosure without closing the last one first? Or am I the only one who is traumatized from the time he forgot to close (Kate's?) enclosure?
Every time you get to Annie I hear Smooth Criminal by Michael Jackson in my head lol Annie are you ok, are you ok......she's too smooth for a grasshopper. She's a smooth criminal lol
That was an EPIC jump by her. I am envious of your cages and the set up. I've had 3 in my lifetime. All Chilean Rosehairs. 2 were wonderful and 1 was an evil little b**ch. I miss them sometimes and would like to have another. Where do you get your enclosures? That is if you dont mind me asking.
Or they're just stretching their legs under the cover of night as it reduces their chances of becoming prey. Quite a few of the ones sat out were refusing to eat.
Keeping feeders as pets is not a good idea. As humans we become attached to our pets, and their sole purpose is to feed the actual pets otherwise they would starve.
