This week, we're introducing new sparring applications, a practical self-defense technique, and a fundamental one-step combination to help you build a strong foundation in your martial arts journey. Perfect for beginners, this session focuses on improving your techniques and enhancing your self-defense skills.
What You'll Learn:
Crescent Kick: Develop your sparring skills with the versatile crescent kick. We’ll break down the mechanics and applications of both inside and outside crescent kicks, focusing on form, accuracy, and effective use in sparring scenarios.
V-Stepping into Front Stance: Learn a fundamental movement technique that involves V-stepping into a front stance and performing double hook punches followed by double uppercuts.
Basic One-Step Number Two: Master the fundamental form combination of One-Step Number Two, which includes an outside block, a round kick to the body, and a punch to the head. We’ll walk you through each movement, emphasizing proper technique, balance, and power.
