I’m alone a lot also ! I’m 69 I like being alone . And I’m happy . People probably c think that’s weird . I’m a strong person and I found leaning on myself is the best way to go . People and even family that I have relied on in the past were never truly there to depend on . Even as a young child I was so much stronger than siblings and people around me . Yes I have my moments but I never turn to alcohol or drugs to make me feel better . I face my problems , and relate to the movie ( Gone with the wind ) . No matter how bad things got in the movie she pulled her strength from inside herself and the land . I see myself like that ?
I love your honesty in regards to wanting a relationship and saying you are happier when in a romantic relationship. I feel the same way and too often i feel like we're scolded and demanded to be happy without a partner.

Yes, I was down in Texas in 1983 when Alicia came through, I had never experienced anything like that before in my life, was so ill prepared because I think most roads were unpassable for almost a week as well as no electric 😲...so I completely understand the panic because the newscasters predictions can sometimes be way off, I know they were totally off for Katrina (haven't visited New Orleans since)... agree that Vermont is absolutely beautiful in the Fall when the leaves on trees become rainbow colors 😍

I hope you get your Counseling business off the ground and do very well. We share the same birthday however I'm just a bit older. I'm 61.5 years old. You're the same age as my Mother was when she had my brother and then me at 42 years old. Blessings!

My dear,you worry about how much longer you will have in your van,the cheapest way to go is to have a new motor,new transmission and new catalytic converter.if you do that you will basically have a brand new vehicle. I plan to do that with my beloved chevy express.
if i had to guess your age i would of said late 30’s early 40’s..ive been single for awhile now also and i keep hoping god will send me someone into my life..maybe one day our paths will cross..oh for the viewer who might be living in the car..i was in that situation..best advice i can give is go get a membership at planet fitness or a gym were they have showers to take care of that need…get a unlimited cell phone plan so when your bored and have no money to do anything, you can watch youtube videos or play games..also if you can afford it,get a hotspot added to plan..if your a guy,have a big gatorade bottle to pee in during the night..find your 24 hour open places so when you need to park for the night, you can blend in and get some sleep but dont stay more than 1 night..move around to different spots and then return after 5/6 days..if your an early riser than apt complex lots are good..just get out before 7am..have some ready to eat foods,small cooler,small first aid kit..u probably will need to declutter your life unless you can also afford a storage unit..luckily i like to fish so during the spring,summer,and part of fall i spent almost all day fishing which didnt cost me alot to anything each day..keep a week supply of clothes in car according to the saeson..if you can see if you can do laundry at a friends..stop by and visit..and most of all,keep a seperate car fund account so when your car breaks down, you will have the money to fix it..try to find free campimg sites.. keep prayin allison and things will get better 🙏

That’s not the main reason shelves are going bare. 700k trucks are joining the convoy to protect our borders. I live on the far edge of Las Vegas and it’s getting empty here. We’re not under freeze or any storm watch. We’re under a lack of truckers watch. My parents live in Long Beach and they can see the shipping containers starting to pile up. I remember when everyone was hoarding necessities. It’s up to everyone to decide if they want to hoard or not. 👀

Just wanted to pass along scripture regarding remarriage, 1 Corinthians 7:10-11 says that if a wife puts away her husband then she is to remain unmarried. This is not discouraging because God has provided grace to embrace singleness. He will not contradict his Word, so please be encouraged to strengthen your relationship with Him as remarriage is not an option unless you reconcile with your previous husband.
Not sure why you felt the need to put that out there. It’s an option if she makes it an option. What she does is between her and God. There may be a very good reason why she divorced.

You do realize (or apparently not) that the book of Corinthians was written FOR the Corinthians for certain reasons at that time? This is a problem many people have with the Bible and taking things out of context and having a misunderstanding. Do YOU follow everything in the books of Corinthians? I highly doubt it. How about the scripture that says women are not allowed to speak in the congregation? Does any church even follow that one nowadays? Again written for those people at that time for certain reasons. Doesn't mean it's applicable to us today. So why just choose some scriptures to follow but not all?

If you need a place to land for a bit since to my understanding you are back to living out of your van. I lost my dear hubby in October. So I have completely down sized from the Parsonage to a small camper. But I have some land to use for a permanent location when needed. I do plan to travel but it will be a bit ….you know that pesky pocket book thing. 🤭 But please know I am serious about a free location with no knocks on the door!
