I get those strange sensations. They can last one minute or 1 day. They come in suddenly. Some times I just roll my eyes and say..what’s next? Sometimes they scare me. I know I do better if I don’t let myself react negatively. Getting scared just feeds it and it blows up to panic at times. I believe you’re in a setback and I believe it probably does stem back to a combination of things. But maybe this was gonna need to happen for your brain to completely heal. Healing is a process and maybe you were not actually healed before but in a wonderful window while your brain was still calibrating. The events that you had occur just set your brain back into healing mode. ❤
Hi Anya It is me again. I know what you are going through.. it is all healing. Your brain is working towards homeostatis. I had a horrible, awful week. And today, all the symptoms are mostly gone…. I feel worn out.. but the brain shit is gone; burning, tingling, pressure.. awful!! I just sit and breathe slowly and wait, no questions, because there will be no answer.. acceptance is key. You will make it! Myrna
Anya, I really relate to many of your physical symptoms and how they come and go. I have had some major health issues to contend with, so I am actually surprised that I get good windows. I am at 54 months post Valium taper so hope the final healing window will open and stay open sooner than later!!!!!. I also get those head sensations that can come and go within a matter of minutes. I had to have a hernia repair (much more major than I was led to believe) in July and am finally getting some pain relief. BTW, will you be getting the flu shot? Anyone else on here getting it? I can’t remember whether I was affected last year or not. Really afraid of getting the Covid shot for sure!!!! Continued healing🙏♥️
