Thanks Zuzanna for this helpful video. I just started labeling my pieces and feel it doesn’t do justice to use just a few categories. I ended up giving grades from 1-10. Besides, I evaluate rhythm, special techniques, and fingering. Your video showed me this might be helpful to both teachers and students learning on their own.

Hi Zuzanna! I just discovered you and am really enjoying and learning a lot from your videos. 😊 ❤ You are so detailed and have a very sweet personality. I would not mind having you for my harp teacher one bit! I have a question. I am a beginner and am taking an online course with Christy Lynn Marias. I'm really enjoying it but I'm wondering about a couple of things. I'm just now finding that some of the pieces have fingering that I wonder is necessary...for instance, a couple of pieces have a repeated note where they want me to use my thumb, then my first finger for the same note. I find it easier just to use my thumb twice! Lol. It sounds smoother than the way they have the fingering. Is it okay to change fingering if what's written in isn't working well for you?
