When you said you knew you're desirable and your worth, but when it's like, not reflected irl, it makes it feel like how you see yourself isn't real, i felt that so much. Thank you for putting this into words. You're a beautiful person inside & out

Haha, wanting to feel wanted. I know this very well. For me I had lived on Vancouver Island most of my life, then moved to Ottawa in 2016 to work for Immigration Canada. Great paying job but holy crap that city was not for me Fast forward 3.5 years I had lost my ex father in law, Mom's best friend, my Mom then one of my best friends all to Cancer. I had then moved to Uganda and boy did my world change. I went from dating some ok women in Canada to being bombarded by very attractive women in their late teens and early 20s. I remember standing at the front of my building waiting for my friend to pick me up and 2 women came up to me in that 3 mins and asked me for my number. Then 2 years of dating 100+ girls I realized I wasn't happy at all. The 2nd lockdown really helped me reflect and look deep. For some of us that aren't good with the self love thing we can look to others. This isn't a great strategy because there are many layers involved as in with low self worth people can attract those that reinforce this belief and unless you have a wakeup this will be how you see yourself. But it has to come from within, we can't rely on others for this type of thing. You talked about controlling people and those people putting expectations on who you are and what they think you should be. It's called "Controlling People: How to Recognize, Understand, and Deal with People Who Try to Control You" by Patricia Evans. I'm guilty of doing this at at times haha. As far as you go, we feel how we do for whatever reason. To me, you're sexy af, with a great smile and awesome body. You have a great vibe and are probably someone I'd enjoy spending time with. So yeah, just know your feelings come and go in cycles so don't worry about it. Thank you again for sharing, was a great vid. Xo
