Super late but super enjoyed this vlog!! It inspired me to declutter too hahahaha. When i feel uninspired, i normally watched vlogs like this or i read a book that i like po and also listen to music ( more on r&b or pop music😂❤). There are really some days were we feel uninspired but doing things like decluttering and cleaning chores brings back the inspiring feels and motivation to do something again 😊💛 have a good week Ms. nicole ❤

When I feel uninspired, I stop holding my phone and do something that will kept me busy. Surprisingly, i finished house chores for hours and its like an achievement lol. there's a lot of things to do pala instead of just scrolling my tiktok Hahahahahaha

Whenever I feel uninspired, I take a moment to just breathe. Allow myself to feel whatever it is that I am feeling. I usually go for a run while listening to music, running helps me in clearing my mind. After running I get my fave iced coffee and by the time I get home I’m all better. I think it’s the endorphins from working out. Haha

When I feel uninspired I watch motivational videos or listen to a podcast. We can't be motivated or inspired all the time but we can do something about it. I also watch some vlogs that inclined to my goals just to remind that everything's going to be okk. :))

When I’m uninspired I usually do something with my hands like gardening or cleaning the house. They said that it helps release happy hormones. It’s better than looking at a bright screen for hours. I don’t have an IG but just like to share.

When I feel uninspired I usually not touch my phone, play the games that I like on my switch or read on my kindle. Do decluttering or even just sunbathe on the balcony with my iced coffee. Small efforts but big impact for me on a day. 😅 @itsmekairar

What I do when I feel uninspired are (1) I hike or walk alone or invite my friends with me idk I find it therapeutic and also recharging whenever I do this (2) I journal my feelings and thoughts it helps me to untangle and release negative energy, (3) I read books that peaks my interest whether it would be romcom, sci-fi, fantasy or any self help books just to get me going and lastly, I watch youtube videos about motivation or listen to podcast that talks about how to get out from being uninspired 😂😅 or I sulk at home for just one day just not doing anything and listening to what my body needs. ano oh helpful siya for me para mamotivate ako ulit sa life HAHAHAHA @lingkyla always love your videos nicole, keep doing u!! you're doing great, its okay to rest and feel uninspired sometimes 🫶🩷

I browse old photos of me & my family in my gallery or socials like our previous travel photos or simple family bonding whenever I feel unmotivated or uninspired. And then it somehow reminds me that I am still blessed in some other aspects of my life. 😌 Also, it helps me a lot watching video or contents like this one bec. it certainly validates my feelings that sometimes it is okay to not be okay 😊.
