Did you receive radiation treatments everyday for a period of weeks. It is a side effect of the radiation. I have Stage 1 cancer and went through 3 weeks or 15 days of treatment. I can sleep fine. The fatigue is so overwhelming. Some days I couldn't force myself out of bed. I had to drive 20 miles to the hospital for my treatment. I missed 2 days of treatment because I had a virus and extremely fatigued and couldn't keep my eyes open. I was told that I would feel that way for another 2 weeks, because the radiation is still in my body. Today, I didn't wake up until 12 pm. I am not as fatigued as I have been.😢

I have been having the SAME RINGING IN MY EARS!!! DRIVING ME CRAZZZY!!! WILL NOT STOP!!!

I have experienced ringing in one ear for a year. Now both are ringing a lot louder than before! Definitely getting worse! Sure wish it would stop! Fatigue has been bothering me as well. I have a strong work ethic, only thing that has kept me going and getting my job done at work. I have a lot of stress in my life. Disabled wife of 25 years. She has degenerative disc disease. Four back, three neck surgeries… still in major pain! Our son was born with tuberous sclerosis with autism. Every square cm of his brain has a tumor in it. He almost had brain surgery, a tumor in a bad spot was growing too fast. He got on a experimental cancer drug, and lots of prayers. Never had to have surgery! He is 25 yrs old now and will always live with his parents. I want to know he is getting proper care and my wife and my love shared with him. If you all don’t mind, I would appreciate your prayers for us. More so , for my wife and son that I love soooo much!

Disconnect from all forms of media. Spend more time outside in nature. Practice meditation daily for 15-20 minutes. And most of all, help strangers that you encounter for no reason except it is the right thing to do. If you don’t come across anyone that needs help do something to brighten someone’s day, smile at strangers and offer to help. If you do these things I promise it will improve your lives. Spend time with animals or children of your family or friends. Your life will improve. The person that helps gets a lot more out of helping others than the persons receiving help. As long as you are doing it simply to improve a stranger’s day or life. It’s the right thing to do. When we ruminate over how bad the world is or our situation our frequency decreases which leads to dis-ease. When we think of a loved one or a positive memory or when we help others and feel good about it we feel better and that raises our frequency. Our emotions are indicators we may use to raise our frequency in life and raise our level of consciousness. One person doing this makes a huge difference to the world beyond the positive impacts to helper and those helped. It’s easy to do just try it for a few weeks. What do you have to lose ? Watch a few Eckhart Tolle videos on RU-vid to learn to meditate and take control of your mind. We are not our thoughts or our personal experiences. We are awareness itself or “presence”.

And yes don’t forget that prayer is very powerful and useful.

This is what I've been experiencing. I wake up and a couple hours later I'm sound asleep for hours. I was thinking I had a medical issue.

I just woke up from a 3 hr nap and i accidentally clicked this video! Im only 31 and have spread concern to friends about this and others not because i feel they would try and shame me! Potent lethargy is what im dealing with. I work 40 hrs a week

How long are u supposed to fast for

40 days apparently. But I don't think anyone with any medical problems should do this. I don't know if it needs training by gradually getting up to that but I've heard of a couple of people who have done it. I think one saw Jesus on the 40th day apparently. These are just things I've heard so please do your own research as I expect it can be dangerous especially if you are diabetic, have thyroid issues or certain other things. Check out John St Julien Baba wayanama. I believe he has done it personally. You will find his channel on RU-vid. I'm pretty certain it was him who saw Jesus after a 40 day fast.

But I would encourage you to read the scripture when Daniel went on this fast for yourself. And fasting can also be obtaining from idol things that keep you from spending time with God, like phone tv etc. While your doing a Daniel fast I would refrain from secular music too.

ive been having the same problem too for a very long time , i dont sleep to well i wake up all hours of the night especally around 3 am in the early hours of the morning and get up to go to the toilet every night and sometimes staying up and getting on the computer until i go to work , i never use to have this problem and im sure i can pin point it staring to happen since they put the smart metres in ,i heard they can interfere with sleeping if one is near your bedroom but im not sure if thats true or not , lately ive managed to stay in bed and not stay up which is good

I know this feeling all too well. I'm sorry that you are dealing with this debilitating anxiety. I was in the military and that made my preexisting anxiety worse. What I can say helps me is exercise, sleep, good food, family, friends and hobbies. Fishing and the outdoors have done wonders for me. The anxiety still lingers and at times I panic but Jesus is always there for you when you need him. Just call his name and ask him to take away your anxiety. Listen to "Jesus is just alright with me" by the Doobie Brothers. It's one of my favorite songs.
