Dim your light. Blocks your blessings. Keep you from love. Connecting with your twin flames, soul mates, life partner. Run interference with you making the world a better place. btw... It changes your appearance. Makes you sick. You don't eat. You may start drinking or doing drugs. You don't sleep. That once beautiful woman is not so attractive with frown lines on her face. So smile, be happy, live your life. Forgive not only them. Forgive yourself.

I've always known this intuitively. That's why I distrust the idea of 'expressing yourself' popularized the world over. Not that it's wrong to express yourself...but one must understand that not much of one is actually worth expressing...because not much of one is actually real...only a phase.

Wow, this is so powerful. This is why meditation is the ultimate self healing medicine we can give our selves. It takes away from the mind and puts you into the flow of life, away from thoughts. Frees you from these concepts that you have trapped your self in. This explains why social media is so toxic and is causing so much mental health problems in the world today. People are feeding their subconscious garbage filling it up with concepts and giving their consciousness shape causing torment and suffering through depression and anxiety. We are like empty rooms, filling it up with garbage. Meditation is like the maid that comes to clean that garbage and keeps it clean.

I think the music is cheesy. but I don't identify myself with my opinions...so i let it fall away like it doesn't matter. because it's nothing. :) but yes. I agree completely. This is true. I am glad I watched this again and caught the, "take the attitude 'I don't mind." Everything comes and goes. This may be an abstract thought...but please bear with me and try to follow. It may help you. *I think of it as spiderman, swinging from building to building.* from the perspective of spidey (the unawakened being), you see the buildings coming and going. He attaches himself to the building and pulls himself to the building. Then when he is there, he attaches himself to the next building. he forces it. He pulls himself harder and harder. From the perspective of an awakened being, the buildings come and go. They impart an experience. then another building comes. another experience. then another. another experience. They come and go. when they go, no notice is made. no attachments made. simply watching and experiencing. Not thinking or scrutinising the source of experience or the source of the buildings. only watching and experiencing...and not minding. I hope my analogy helped somebody. it's time to wake up and take this planet back from the neanderthals in government. Stop allowing your government to hurt, kill, maim and war monger. wake up. Lives depend on it.
