Please note everyone! You are not able to cut directly with the buttons!! There is no way to do this. The buttons merely put that input onto preview and then you have to use either the t-bar or cut button. It makes this potentially excellent device a no-go for many live streamers. I sold mine immediately on finding this out.

Can you please tell me in this switcher for example I want my SDI input to be set as my main audio and I don't want it to be changed even when I cut another source. Is it possible in this switcher???? Because the way I see this in reviews or in the manual, you have to adjust the audio in PST and then cut it. I mainly use a single source as my audio whether line input or via any video inputs, I don't want to set audio every time after cut and that's how I use it in my L1 switcher.
Hello friend, Sorry for the late reply.the audio setting problem you mentioned can be solved in L4. If you don't want to reset the audio after each cut, you can do the following: 1. Click the sound icon or press the AUDIO button to enter the audio menu 2. Set your main audio source channel in the PST screen 3. After cutting the PST screen to PGM, the PGM and PST screens will be swapped. At this time, set your main audio source channel again in the PST screen. After confirming that the audio sources of both the PST and PGM screens are fixed as your main audio sources, if you do not make mixing settings, the main audio source will not change when switching screens. Although you need to repeat the steps of setting the main audio source once compared to the L1 switcher, the L4 has a large touch screen that can confirm and change the audio settings faster without repeating multiple button operations. How can I change it to PGM because that's what I mainly use, HDMI output gives the PGM signal but I want the SDI output to give me the PGM signal because what what I mainly use. How can I get a single audio source whether from any of the video inputs or separate audio line input so that I don't have to adjust audio every single time after a cut???? Like in L1 video switcher in audio settings you select whether you use audio from any of the 4 HDMI inputs or line input and just use it as a main audio source and that does not seem the case with this switcher. If there is a fix, please tell me. I already own an L1 video switcher, and I really want to upgrade to it because of the new touch screen. SDI input and output and many more new features but the audio settings is really holding me back. Thank you!

I liked the feature in the previous firmware that allowed me to resize the PIP (picture-in-picture) screen, but with the latest firmware update, that feature is no longer available. Can you bring it back? I don't want the PIP screen to cover 1/4 of the main screen when I'm doing a presentation.

It is just for the logo, our L4 does not support recording function yet, neither does our other video switchers. Is this an essential feature for you? I'll submit your request to our R&D department and we may add this feature to our new products in the future.
@@feelworldlcdmonitor the record function is what made me go with another competing product as I can use it without a PC - which means on-site I just have to take the switcher, the cameras, microphones and lights. However the L4 looks amazing and for anything connected to a computer with OBS running I would be happy to use it.

I can't find "direct cut" settings. Only cut via preview and cut key. Very dissapointed this product. Other VS have this settings and mode change. help-me!

@@feelworldlcdmonitor or you can just make firmware update, i dont think i can buy any new switcher right now, unless feelworld can do trade in old switcher for new switcher, and also i want to add, the app does not work, neither android app nor window software, i tried everything
