In West Bengal govt medical colleges, total college fees for 4.5 years is around 41000, admission fees, exam fees, books and other costs will be around 50-60000 more. Hostel fees negligible (144 per year🤣). Total expenses during MBBS around 1 lakh. That money will be recovered in around 4 months of internship, as internship stipend is around 30000. So all in all, a student doesn't spend anything, rather earns close to 2.5 lakh rupees during the course of 5.5 years of MBBS😬

Don't ruin your 11th class at any cost. Just an advice from senior. 12th easy but if you lose even a little grip of class 11 you won't able to get govt. MBBS clg.
