Kevin Li I think you misunderstand me - your original comment was that he should get a World Record for getting 3 World Records within a day. I replied with a joke, saying that if he should get a World Record for getting 3 World Records in a day (Which would be 4 World Records, 3+1), then he should get a World Record for getting 4 World Records within a day (The 3 initial World Records + the World Record for getting 3 World Records), which would then mean that he should have 5 world records. And so on ad infinitum.
Really? I have been cubing for 4 ish months and I average around 20-22 seconds. I'm not that much behind where feliks was but he is WAYYYY better than I am.
*sigh* I wish I kept cubing when I was 7, I didn't understand how to do it before so I only just got into it like 3 months ago and now im 13 with a pb of 15.xx seconds :(

Look it up again Mats holds only one world record. He used to hold those but they've been beaten. Feliks holds right know 5, more than anyone in the cubing history.
I am 11 and my PB is 37.88 I hope I can get to sub 20 by next year. I just need to learn 2 look OLL and 2 look PLL. Maybe learn more algorithms for F2L...
Jacob Bunce Meh, I can barley get past a 40-50 sec average, and I've had loads of free time to practice. It's mostly my F2L and Cross that kill my times.
I started out without seriously cubing(only knowing how to solve the cube from 5 years ago) and about 3 years ago, I started actually cubing(without advanced method) and 2 years ago I learned CFOP(Fredrich) and now I avg 15 secs. I took me about 1 year to get sub 20! And 1 year to 14-15 secs

You should do one called "The road to greatness" And then show every single world record he has (Shortened of course) and then show his most recent one at the end
Oh men!!!!!! Feliks is my inspiration to be speedcuber, I have kind of the same age when I buy first cube, and I have been speedcubing for more or less 1 year and I am sub 15. My dream is to reach him and have the same spectacular times he have all the competitions. :)
@blackzabbathfan Everyone progresses at a different pace. I started in 6th grade, I am now a freshman in high school, and since I took a year long break, i have gone from 20 second average in 1 year, to 30-40 seconds. Keep at it and you will get below 10 seconds soon. =)
@itsdemisselb1 dont worry, fridrich method should probably come next. and btw, pll, oll, f2l are different stages of solving. fridrich is really good b/c it has 2-look pll, 2-look oll, and intuitive 1 step f2l. i can get at around 30 seconds, but ive also just started cubing again.
Yo fazdad1? Is Feliks gonna be teaching his son/daughter how to cube by the time hes a dad? I feel like we 90s kids are awesome like we're going to be awesome parents once we show our kids how to solve the rubiks cubes and then there friends in the future will be amaze at how they can do it!
@collinbxyz just an fyi, i average about 16 seconds and i don't know a single f2l algorithm so on the road to sub-20, learn 2-look oll/pll, then learn advanced cross, then full pll/oll and again back to my 16 average, i still don't know full oll, however i'm almost there
wow this is cool Feliks is the god of Rubik's cubes lol I watch a lot of these videos just amazing my average is 1 minute and 27.65 seconds so if I'm ever gonna get that fast i better learn some new algorithms or something
@fazdad1 Why don't you let him teach you sometime? You know, just as some extra father-son bonding time? Wouldn't hurt. Shouldn't be very difficult, considering he IS your offspring. I taught my dad. It was fun.

@Stephen Brush I use that book. It helps a lot and it's easy to understand. My record is 27.39 sec I usually get 30-48 in my solves. I've been speed cubing for about 8 months. I also use other videos.
i can do a normal solve with an avarige of 68 seconds but cant find any vidios on how to transition to a speed solve. What did feliks use. by the way your son is AMAZING!!!!!!! he is my role model.
i wish i would've started speed cubing at a young age so i could've memorized the OLL and PLL algarithms. but now as a sophmore in high school i cant find the time too. maybe i can do it this summer;)
My fastest solve is about 32 seconds but I got really lucky. The cube was solved after about half the steps of the method I use. The thing is I was using a sticker less Dayan Guhong .
How does he have his first rubik's cube and 2 months after he get 19 seconds average :O i do it in 1:30 with the begginers methoth but learning the fridrich methoth in 2 month wow

what type of cube was feliks using as his main before the lubix ultimate and dayan zanchi? i can't tell if it's a c4u cube or a alpha v because it has c4u stickers but sounds like an alpha v
Yeah. I thought so. I mean he'd have to be...pretty much right? :) I'm 14 and I'm also a cuber. But unfortunately there ain't any competitions ever happening in Mongolia. :(
1 question...what technik do you use to solve cube...I use f2l,2 look OLL and 2 look PLL do you do that aswell or not? (if you do ofcuorse you don't use 2 look )
