This is a well known scam that has infected all of RU-vid. They will tell you that you've won something but you have to pay them shipping. Like @LaRose said, report them.

When Felix commented on how nice Marzia looked and then also that he likes her brain too. 🥺 I'm sure it helps that they've been together since before either of them had significant notoriety. Its probably really hard to find genuine compatibility when you've reached a level of fame and wealth that most people will never experience. But it also barely changed who they are deep down, they've never really flexed too hard about what they have, either. Truly humble couple that clearly loves eachother. You love to see it. 🥲

The place they stayed is called Sekizenkan located in Shima Onsen area in Gunma prefecture. I had a chance to stay there with my family too and it was one of the best experience I had.
