Thank you so much doctor zac for this informative video .. But could you please guide me to the best resources you think are ..for anatomy , physiology and optics for ophthalmology 1st yr resident .. Any recommended videos on youtube too if needed ! Would appreciate your response :)

Hey would love to talk to you about research or when you started doing oculoplastic focused research. I am a Army medical student and thinkng that Ophtho and maybe oculoplastics will be the route. What made you not do retina? outcomes?

I actually started doing plastics research because none of the retina faculty would let me on a project. I initially thought I was going to go into retina. I have nothing against retina and I think the surgeries are pretty insane. But it is nice to pick a subspecialty where you’re not always trying to salvage things. I know that is not always the case with retina but it feels that it frequently is
