I live in PR. SAN JUAN to be exact. I got the power back 80 days later, but there were still people in Utuado living in worse conditions. I personally dont blame the mayor of San Juan bc she actually left her office, put on some boots, and helped. Houses still have no roofs, and the hurricane was 1 year ago. And just one last thing, no one is gonna take credit for the 20000 water pallets left in Ceiba!

ashleigh_marrrie I really want to believe that but at times he stops and looks at the woman as if waiting to see what she’s saying or asking. You may be right and I may be totally wrong but that’s how I’m seeing it. Because the woman starts signing and he stops signing makes a face expressions as if saying proceed or what is your next question. Usually people that I have seen who translate look directly at the camera or around the room like everyone else he looks directly at the woman.... 🤷🏽‍♀️ again just how it seems to me

People making fun of the sign language guy, ....You do know, facial expressions is PART of signing? Moving your mouth, eyebrow movement and emotional expression is all part of it. I live in Florida, that storm doesn't have wind but it has rain. Lots and lots of rain, if you're in the affected area and you are in a low lying area, run uphill
