I pre ordered pair of Travis SB dunks in January from Emerald City Deadstock. The shoe released in late February. On their site, it guarantees all pre orders. I never got my shoes so I had to ask for a refund, which I got back. Keep in mind, I waited till October in hopes I would get the shoe. But nope, waited 8+ months, all for nothing. I followed up with the owner week after week, and was told eventually it was going to come but waiting over 8 months for shoe I had enough. Will never do business with them again
