This is a video of me playing my Fender Telecaster Plus. I've had the guitar for 20 years and still love it. The frets are a little worn and need a bit of work, but it still feels great to play. I'm playing along to a backing track which is a sample from one of my tunes 'All Things Hidden'. Sorry for the poor sound quality

I keep looking at a Telecaster was looking last night at Fender Pawn Shop 70s Strat with Maple Fretboard in Black but not sure any advice ? I love your music and playing thanks for sharing

Doug J Hi Doug. I have a modern strat with maple fretboard and c shaped neck which I love, but seem to find myself drawn back to the telecasters. I think its just preference, but I find telecasters easier to play probably because of the simple body and pickup placement design. I think strats are great versatile guitars, but I find myself being a bit cramped in the right hand if you know what i mean. Its frustrating because some of my favourite guitarists play strats - I just don't get on with them as well.
