@iamelvisman68 This guitar started out as an ESP 400 series Tele. It was probably built in 89 or 90. I got it in a pawn shop for $145. I took it to a local guitar repair guru named Joe Glaser. He put in a B string bender and enlarged the neck pickup hole and routed a hole for the middle pickup. It's like the best of both world for me. Tele ala Strat.
F*ck it that shit great playing it's friday night so thank you for providing this awesome piece! Keep rocking! Greetings from f*cking Brazil! Great playing and also that's a nice beer belly of yours!!!
That guitar has had many pickups throughout the years. It's no longer surf green and has been refinished in black. I could never get on with the green.
There's Clapton in there for sure but not from Albert Hall. My Clapton influence goes back to when I first started playing in the late 1960s. My other influences are George Harrison, Duane Allman, Santana, Leslie West, and Charlie Christian.
I wish I could go back and do it again. Yep, my timing was off. I did this 12 years ago. I found the backing track online and played along with it. One time through and that was it. I no longer have the backing track so it is what it is.
