Tja. Man sollte die Maschinen öfter mal sauber machen, anstatt nur an den verdienten Euro zu denken. Ist bei uns in der Firma pflicht. Alle 2-3 Stunden 15 min investieren und mit Druckluft, Drescher, Häcksler, Pressen reinigen. So spart man sich viel Ärger mit Versicherung und hat keine 350000 Euro in Brand stehen.

Sorry for your loss those are nice tractors!! Any farmer can tell how it hurts to have a fire an lose equipment. Did any 1 know what happened yet? If bearing got warm ? Again sorry for the loss hope this year will be better.

When the fire first starts he can knock it down if he has a large foaming extinguisher, but only when it first starts. A company should build an extinguisher that uses fluid the tractor can carry. In fact you could plumb it to use the tractors coolant which you dont need if she burns to the ground like this.
8 лет отработал на подобном.. в тракторе 2 огнетушителя и на прессу 2.... Пресс всегда в полове чаще нужно его чистить.. видимо вспыхнул как спичка.. досадно
Hmmm I somehow get a feeling that some damp hay was plugged up in the machine, heated up and caught fire. I've not only heard of wet hay or hay that wasn't properly dried combust and catch fire in balers. Hay with too much moisture will heat up very fast and will catch fire. Seen my brother in law wrap a round bale one time that started smoking inside the baler. Luckily I had horses near by so he made a dash for the corral kicked it out and tore apart before it caught fire. Free hay for the horses that day.
Und wie immer lief der idiotische Fahrer, anstatt die brennende Maschine aufzumachen, weg und überließ den Traktor, einen sehr teuren Traktor übrigens, den Flammen! Ja, habe ich Helmut richtig erraten? Welcher Traktor ist dieses Jahr abgebrannt? Wir Polen würden alles tun, um den Traktor zu retten, aber der dumme Deutsche ist nicht berühmt für seinen starken Verstand und seinen großen Mut, so endet es normalerweise bei euch Deutschen.
Сильно сомневаюсь что из за влажной соломы загорелся данный пресс. Там очень много причин , рассыпался подшипник , набило массу под щетки , большое давление прессования . А так вы правы если масса влажная то тюк может и загореться сам . Но в прессе ему просто не хватит времени так как масса постоянно движется . Работаю на подобных прессах уже 14 лет и гореть к несчастью приходилось ( правда удачно ) без последствий
Иногда Надо мазать пресс подшипники скорее всего стабильной смазки Рассыпались и создала искру и вот результат есть же такие электротористы которые любят только ездить больше ничего не знает что иногда надо его мазать и обслуживать чтобы не было такого результата как сегодня как сейчас

@@brandongustafson7497 No you don't . PTO will just slide out, modern push in hydraulic connectors will pull themselves out. With older 'ring pull' connectors you'll have to hope they snap. Better that than getting fried. I know, because I have first hand experience of this. Don't faff about with the electrics either they will shred. All I had to replace was a melted number plate and a baler of course (with 2 full rolls of net!)
@@brandongustafson7497 Apart from the stress and traumer, I was fortunate in that the insurance paid out a bit more than it cost me. Having replaced it with a Welger and now a McHale I can say it was the best thing to have happened to a Vicon!
Yep, i thought this looked weird. Maybe they where gone when it happened, but otherwise one'd have pulled the pin and left. Hydraulic and electronic lines are not strong though to tow such a beast. My cousin who is a farmer had more than one trailer burn down on him, always got the tractor out. But you can't get them all i guess. My condolences to the farmer.
