Fenelon's Butchers 

I grew up in Leopardstown, just down the road from Stillorgan shopping centre, and I remember Fenelon's butcher's for all the right reasons. I used to go on Saturday mornings with my father who grew up on a farm in west Limerick, so he knew a thing or two about good meat and I suppose, I learned good habits from a good man and a good butcher. I am taking my family to Ireland in February and was looking up good butchers in Ireland - we are staying in a self accommodating cottage in Killarney - this video on Fenelon's came up. Great memories of great meals I had from this butcher. And, if any one reading this likes good Irish sausages, Fenelon's has the absolute BEST!! I am delighted to see that they are still around, and long may that last.
