I received around 42 percent discount from FENESTA. The discount amount depends on your order value. If you order one window , discount is less. If you order 8-10 door windows then you can bargain more.
Yes it’s big issue but at the time of flooring ,you can fix the chowkhat/profile of UPVC under floor. It’s help to reduce the height of raised portion.

Go for Prominence, Lesso and can contact others fabricator, Who using Sudhakar profile. Get Quotation first. In UPVC , Several brands available. I also gave order for Sudhakar profile (Rates Rs. 480 per sq. Feet ) for glass doors with mesh.
Veka HQ situated In Germany and manufacturing unit in England. Fenesta is big brand name. They take 100 percent amount prior before sending order of manufacturing. Sometime not provide service after installation. You can go for Veka. As heard, veka has not compromised with quality. Get quotation first and compare both quote. If veka fulfill your requirements and cheaper than FENESTA. Then surely go for veka.

Fenesta is not a foreign company..... its part of the DCM Shriram group and is an Indian entity. Fenesta has one of the worst after sales services. Windows are good but good luck trying to get any service from them. I suggest to go with a quality local fabricator who has complete setup locally.
Yes I did mistake at the time of making video. I knew , it’s Indian brand. I am providing information to my viewers that so many companies providing upvc door and windows according to your pockets.
If you want 80-90 percent sound proof then choose FENESTA and ALUPLAST. You have change only two windows. So, you can go with above brands. If you want to spend less amount then go other brands Lesso and prominence etc.
You can go with Cora but keep in mind why Cora is lowest. They will save money in profile/ member sizes and in quality also. There something good in FENESTA and Aluplast. First see your pocket. Several brands not equivalent to FENESTA and Aluplast are also good and already installed somewhr.
Hello sir. main west bengal se hu. meri ek shop recent khula hai. toh mein us mein upvc door lagana chati huu . mere shop ki lambai 9 fit aur chorai 5 fit hai. toh kitna kharch hoga. mere buget low hai. jo log yeh kerta hai uska phone no aur address dijiye.
Apka minimum kharcha km se km 18000 -20000 rahega. Yeh sabse cheap upvc hai. Aap aur bhi km kr sakte hain Kisi executive ko site visit krva kr aur bargain krke.
sir for your information Fenesta uPVC windows are not foreign brands it's made in India brand and manufacturing uPVC profiles from 20 years in India only. And in price aspects if you have any evidence of 42% discount given by Fenesta please share. Don't share false information with customers. Not only in Fenesta, in any brand you can't get a discount of 42%. Because None of the brands put the margin of 50% from their base value. Please don't share false information

For security reasons , it’s safe. But UPVC window which is directly open in Shaft or anywhere without balcony is not safe for kids. You have to put grills there. In shaft you put grill frame at every floor roof level or also put grill in the window.

1) If you choose FENESTA or equivalent brand (cost of 3 track door with mesh and glass)= Rs 38500 2) If you choose Lesso ,prominence, Sudhakar etc. Brands=Rs 17000 Approx. You have to get quote first from these friends and compare yourself. Thanks
