*LICENSING AND LEGAL MATTERS* I don’t know if you were around for this but in 2004 when Union Pacific heard that Athearn, Lionel, MTH were producing models of their locomotives and rolling stock with their names and logos on them, they immediately sued and filed CEASE AND DESISTS will all three model train manufacturers as they didn’t get licensing from Union Pacific to us the UP, MKT, MP, SP, SSW, C&NW, WP logos and art for their products. So in return the legal team forced Lionel and MTH to send their models to Union Pacific for destruction and had to pay 5-10 dollars for each locomotive sent for destruction. Athearn on the other hand quickly paid for the damages they had done and acquired a license from UP, Lionel and MTH refused to at first, thus causing them to be sued.
Bruh, this company is just stupid to put that exact sound chip into a diesel locomotive, Couldn’t they just put a K5LA into it or something, I have a train set like this with this exact sound
I had some of these FENFA Chinese made battery operated toy trains - the plastic literally disintegrated. Something similar to Zinc PEST but for the plastic. The train cars just fell apart. I had FENFA and a few others and they all had the same issues where the plastic itself started coming apart. Hope you get better luck outta these now.
As a railroad expert I can say these cars and locomotive does not makes sense. Locomotive trucks are not railcar trucks. They don't sound like a diesel locomotive. And what the *bell* are these companies?
If you want it to quit snagging around corners either leave the silo car off or make it the first car behind the engine. Something about the difference in length versus the curve of the track messes with it. Then again, I had the steam engine version with the short little tender, so not sure if that would still work with this version or not.
