Whats confusing about it

In the FS I practice it is all about intention. If you want to bring in a certain type of energy (based on the five elements) you can, it will work with the overall energy of the home. You are right though - you can also use colour to activate certain areas of the home to achieve a different result. You want to be clear on your intentions and what you are trying to correct, enhance or achieve overall. The tips I share in my videos and on TV are very straightforward and can be used by anyone when designing. You can take the use of colour much deeper though and tailor it to the individual. .

This video was about setting up your entrance so the first thing you see when you get home is inspiring an inviting. Take note of what the first thing you see when you walk in is. For these examples you would need to find an area and enough space where you can create a vignette like this. You can simply add a piece of art though if you don't have the space for the furniture.

I presume you mean the mirrored reflective exterior window of the door. In that case I think you would employing a different use of the mirror. More protective, as it reflects back the energy come at you.

Yes. Real is always best, but you can use a realistic looking artificial plant.

Well these are feng shui design vignettes. It is what you would see when you entered a home. It was in studio, so no door :)

It is about the intention you place on how you design the space. You do not have to design your entire house according the bagua. That would actually be a bit bananas. Feng shui doesn't need to be contradictory and confusing if you start simply and do it with intention and be creative. Also re water: that is for the centre gua of the base of the bagua (so your door may or may not be in that spot - it could be in an earth or metal gua). This is why I used all 5 elements in the red design, so it is more universal. The mirror represents water.

Morris Feng Shui, where is the door placement in these examples.. bcus, not everyone has an entryway. In my case its a door and boom your in the house. I cant even fake one bcus the stairwell to my bedroom bathroom is right there in front and to my right is my living room. Any suggestions on how to block off the flow to my upper and lower living space?
