I have a problem. My fenix2gsx doesn‘t automatically refuel the aircraftt. It just arrives at my aircraft an stands still. Any solution?

Hi there is anyone else having trouble getting this to work? Simconnect wont connect, once i lauch the UI when inside the Fenix. Help with Installation of the modules would be good. Ive installed the Mobiflight WASM module into the community folder too.

@steffan632 @adennis200 Make sure you either use Version 0.6.0 or 0.7.1 of the Mobiflight Module (0.7.0 was only source strangely). Also ensure the Extraction-Utility did not generate an additional Folder, the Path to the layout.json of that Module should read: Community\mobiflight-event-module\layout.json

Does switching on the beacon light cause all ground services to disconnect, including the passenger stairs?

Removal of Ground-Equipment is triggered by two Cases: 1) Parking Brake set + External Power disconnected + Beacon On 2) The Push-Back Service is called. Note that this does not do any Checks, so make sure the Plane is powered by the APU and the Parking Brake is set 😉

This is great, but fuel arrives at same time as catering. Is there a way to have fuel first then catering when finished? Thanks

Uncheck the "Call Catering Service together with Refuel" in the Fenix2GSX Options.

most of the developpers gonna take actions and try to put these addon on the new msfs2024 but be aware that it's not gonna come fast, ur gonna have to wait for the switch from 2020 to 2024

Hello, I have a problem. I just followed the instructions on Github site, and everything works fine without passengers. Fuel and Cargo loading correctly and express it on EFB mass and balance page. But after boarding completed, Passengers boarded still express 0. Simbrief makes 141 passengers and GSX also boarding the 141 passengers, but still express 0 on EFB. How can I handle this?

I just saw that if you put the boarding density to Insane ( in the GSX Setting) the boarding will not be done. Try to lower to ‘very dense’. Maybe this will help you

Yep, either Passenger density is above "Very Dense", or a SimConnect Hickup due to many SimObjects (AI/Online Traffic in use?), or a corrupt GSX Installation (clean/fresh Installation might be needed).

Works fine. Select the gate, arrive, beacon off, press the INT switch up and it will start deboarding.

@@SimulateAL Hmm, but Deboarding should start automatically after the Jetway/Stairs are connected without the Need of initiating it manually via INT/RAD Switch (if enabled). If that is not the Case although configured we would need to troubleshoot that!

Anyone else get stuck on preparing pushback waiting for Operate Stairs? I have no stairs, I used the jetway (which it didn't automatically dismiss either). I tried hitting operate stairs from both GSX and EFB, and still nothing, just stuck at that point.
