would you say its for dry skin? because I have very dry skin specially in winter (also from Canada lol) so I like moisturizing foundations in the winter

Hi! So I have oily/combination skin and so I can’t speak from personal experience BUT the description claims it’s hydrating and it def did not feel drying on my skin! I’m sorry this isn’t the most helpful answer 🥹❤️
