I was looking at the color pop one and idk if it’s just me but it looked like it stained more than the fenty beauty one. The colors look amazing on you either way! ❤️❤️
If you go for the Colourpop you can legit get the whole poutsicle color range for the same price as one poutsicle 🙃 for anyone who uses either product I would HIGHLY recommend a lip mask like Laneige after you remove it
that’s so weird, i have one, hasn’t happened to me and i’ve had it for a while, but i will say that i feel like the staining power isn’t as good as the fenty one
I love color pop’s lip stains I have 6 different shades and I even use them on my cheeks as blush because they looks so dewy and natural and stay all day
i love the color pop one so much! i’ve used it for a bit now and if you don’t use too much it can look kind of natural if you blend it out enough 👍🤷🏻♀️
Considering Fenty's price range, I doubt most ppl would consider anything from it a dupe since the purpose of a dupe is for it to be cheap/affordable 😂
Fenty’s done by a incubator that works with LVMH and LVMH is the one that signs a contract with Rihanna, she communicates the shades and scent she wants, formula or buying the rights of formula she wants, that’s on the incubator, it’s quite likely they had the same base and majority of pigment, since the formula was public or belonged to some patent owner and anyone who pays can use it. Let’s be real, incubators aren’t rich enough to have their own chemists
Next time do half and half vertically not horizontally because for most people too and bottom lip get colour slightly differently (like stains and lipsticks don’t look exactly the same so it’s hard to compare shade when the bases are different)
Top lips tend to be a slightly different color than bottom lips. I wonder if the colors would match if you divided your lips down the middle and tested the color on both lips side by side
Cheaper dupe would be rom&nds juicy lasting tint in i think berry shot or cherry bomb haven't tried fenty but rom&nd's gloss tints are the best in korea and they're so cheap
The color pop one is ok. The big Apple one you have to be careful because that orange undertone can get into your teeth and look like you got gingivitis. I hardly wear mine for that reason.
I have the colour pop lip stain and it was good until months after owning it, it smells like bin juice and mould…I barely wore it so idk how that happened
I like the colour pop stain but it randomly exploded one day in my bag and I had only had it for about 2 months. And it wasn’t cause of heat because it happened in the middle of winter?! Maybe mine was just a one-off.🤷🏾♀️
I recently bought the ColorPop lipstain and when i used it it had a very bitter and off putting taste and it also makes my lips so dry and peel. Anyone else have this happen??
I wouldn't trust colourpop though. I ordered from them the first time, half of the products were broken, they sent me the wrong palette and their customer service staff were rude and took ages to reply. Plus the lipstain was mouldy!!
I wanna see half and half, instead of top and bottom... 😊 pllleeaaassee top and bottom doesn't work for me because my bottom lip is darker than my top... and it almost looks that way on you too. Tsmia
Just wanted to say you can blot with translucent powder or just use a light concealer to make the top and bottom match! My lips are also two tones and I've tried it and seen others do it and it works.
The Colourpop ones smell like moldy mop water within two weeks. I bought nearly every color when they came out and they all smelled like ass. The Fenty one may be expensive but at least it doesn’t make me gag.
