I personally love a game with good character customization, and if a game doesn't have it good, I uuuuusually don't play xD If I can't make my character look cute that's a major selling point for me. Fer.al lets you get pretty creative! Decals are an easy way to make a unique look that sets you apart from everyone else. Just running around the in-game world I was pretty impressed with everyone looks.
Mine's a bit more plain, since I cough wasted the majority of decals on my face, buuut it's simple just how I like it xD
