True I guess, but "always has been" isn't a reason to not change it and make it flow better. Or at least provide a talent option for those that prefer it to be faster.

You can get up to 160 energy in TWW as Feral. That taken into consideration the bar still fills up just as fast, so proportionally it's actually quite quick. I like it a lot in the beta.

@@X23301 because they don't care about pvp and they mainly balance for pve. PVP dev team is small af. Dragonflight was a decent (one of the) first try to balance stuff and they kinda did, but not enough. Micro CC and the fact that every class has to do INSANE AOEs for PVE purposes is killing the game mostly.
