Delia Vîrgă is a doctor in psychology, principal psychologist in work and organizational psychology. Her professional expertise includes psychological evaluation in the human resources field, organizational diagnosis and interventions from the occupational health domain in organizations. Besides a solid experience in consulting, she also has a prestigious academic experience.
Delia Vîrgă has a Phd. in Psychology and it's main psychologist in occupational and organisational medicine. She is an Associate Professor at West University of Timisoara and author and co-author of more than 40 scientific articles published on a national and international level.
