Ok, I'm starting to cozy up to the idea of fermenting. I think it's more because these recipes are all so delicious looking and most of all I don't have to buy pounds & pounds of product to make. We do love brussel sprouts & all the ingredients you used. So, today is a beautiful day to see what I need to get started. I think I am in the minority here - I love brussel sprouts! I usually roast them, serve with caramelized onions and drizzle with balsamic glaze - perfection! Now I am intrigued, I would never have thought to ferment them! Great video!
